	01/12/2011 Fidelio at the Teatro Regio Torino The new production of Fidelio by Ludwig van Beethoven, is on stage from Friday 9 December at 8 pm. The new staging is by Mario Martone who, with this direction, makes his debut at the Teatro Regio, while Gianandrea Noseda conducts the Orchestra and Chorus of the Teatro. The sets, realised in co-production with the Opéra Royal de Wallonie of Liège, are by Sergio Tramonti, costumes by Ursula Patzak and lights by Nicolas Bovey. Cast is composed by Ricarda Merbeth, Ian Storey, Lucio Gallo, Franz Hawlata and Talia Or. Chorus Master is Claudio Fenoglio. Fidelio will be broadcast live by Rai-Radio3 on 9 December at 8 pm, and the TV programme of Rai Tre Prima della Prima will dedicate an episode to the new production, to be broadcast Tuesday 17 January at 1.35 and Sunday 22 January at 12.55. www.teatroregio.torino.it/node/2806/locandina
